Objective of the Travel Program

Travel Team Overview

  • Travel teams play at a more competitive level against other clubs in the area.
  • Teams are gender specific and age pure.
  • Travel Teams require a greater commitment of time, and additional travel tournament, and uniform expenses.
  • The number of travel team spots may be limited.
  • All travel players must try out each year - not all players trying out will be picked.
  • Please inidicate your interest in trying out when registering.
  • Players not chosen for a travel team will be assigned automatically to an intramural team.
  • Travel teams mus have a minimum number of players residing in the Hatboro-Horsham School District
  • Travel Season runs July 15 through June. Travel team schedules are beyond the control of the club.
  • Team commitment to tournaments, indoor play, and spring activities depends on each teams' coach.

Girls Travel Program

The Horsham Soccer Girls' Travel Program includes teams for ages U9-U18 depending on the number of players interested and the availability of coaches. Some age groups may have both an A and a B team. Players are selected for teams based on tryouts (see above).Horsham's Girls teams play in either the Inter-County Soccer League ICSL or Philadelphia Area Girls Soccer PAGS. Both Leagues play a fall schedule. Teams may play winter indoor or spring soccer at the discretion of the coach.

Boys Travel Program

The Horsham Soccer Boys' Travel Program includes teams for ages U9-U18 depending on the number of players interested and the availability of coaches. Some age groups may have both an A and a B team. Players are selected for teams based on tryouts (see above).Horsham's Boys teams play in the Inter-County Soccer League ICSL This Leagues plays a fall schedule. Older Boys teams play a late fall schedule so as not to conflict with HS Soccer. Teams may play winter indoor or spring soccer at the discretion of the coach.
