Horsham Soccer Association is pleased to announce our 24th Annual Colleen Reilly Invitational Soccer Tournament for Boy’s and Girl’s Teams to be held August 17-19, 2012 in Horsham, PA.

The Colleen Reilly Tournament is open to all USYSA or US Soccer Registered (this includes USYS, AYSO, SAY, US Club Soccer) Boy’s and Girls’ travel teams. All-star, state or league select teams may not participate. Each team must be registered with a national soccer association affiliated with the USYSA or US Soccer. All players must be carded to the same team and play for only one team in the tournament.

U9 through U19 are eligible to play. U17+ groups may be combined based on the number of applicants. Use the age group you will be in for the upcoming Fall season.

• All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. A maximum of 3 guest players per team will be permitted. 
• U9, U10 and U11 age groups will play 8v8 with 25 minute halves and a maximum roster of 14 players.
• U12 (team format selected within an application) 
  • will play 8v8 with 25 minute halves and a maximum roster of 14 players.
  • will play 11v11 with 30 minute halves and a maximum roster of 18 players.
• U13 through U16 will play 11v11 with 30 minute halves and a maximum roster of 18 players.
• U17 and above will play 11v11 with 30 minute halves. U17 Teams may have a maximum roster of 22 players for the tournament but must present the referee with a maximum roster of 18 players for each game.
• USSF registered referees will officiate all tournament games. A 3 man system will be used for all teams U15 and higher.

Registration deadline is August 1st.  Most age groups begin to fill up in late June.

The tournament fee for U9, U10, U11, and U12 teams playing an 8v8 format is $350. The fee for U12 and older teams playing an 11v11 format is $400.

This is an invitational tournament and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will only be considered after payment is received. Teams that are not accepted will be notified as early as possible and will received a full refund.

Registration fee is non-refundable for any reason including schedule changes due to weather.
